We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Startise, you will play a crucial role in transforming our products into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design interfaces that elevate the overall experience.  

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Better knowledge of a variety of software products.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
   

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with the product vision.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and web development.
• Explore products and find scopes regularly.
