What we are looking for:

• Certified Barista with 2-3 years of experience.
• Comfortable using an app for order management.
• A minimum college degree is required.
• Knowledge of juice preparation is an added advantage.
• Inventory and Stock Management:
• Assist in monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Inform the supervisor or manager of any low stock levels or ordering needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including latte, cappuccino, Espresso, Mocha. 
• Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature.
• Strive for consistency and excellence in every cup you serve.
• Manage and process orders using our in house build app for seamless service.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment in the Café area. 
• Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized
