We are currently hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our flagship product, easy.jobs. easy.jobs is an AI-powered recruitment solution that helps company owners manage full-cycle recruitment and hire the right candidates efficiently. ⭐ Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and the Vue.js ecosystem
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions
• Hands-on experience in managing queues and task scheduling
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
   
   

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to guide proper technical solutions
• Lead and mentor fellow developers
• Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers for sprint planning
• Make key technical decisions on what should be started or stopped in development
• Ensure high-quality code standards and maintain a clean architecture
